My intro of me

I am an adult child of a dysfunctional family. I belong to other groups for people who have complex ptsd, and who are children of narcissists. I would like to come here sometimes, but I don't want to "work the 12 steps." I have enough books and techniques. I have enough mindfulness techniques.  I don't want to be judged on how well I am making progress.  I don't want a higher power. I started off with protective crystals, and supplements.  I'm taking L-theanine and Ashwaganda for mental health. I won't put anyone down for working the program, and I'd like the same treatment.  vice versa.  We all come from dysfunctional families here.  Sound all right?
