I'm 18 years sober and just started ACA/ACoA on the 18th of June 2021. I've been attending ACA on Zoom. I got the BRB and am seeing myself all over the place. I've got the yellow book, the Laundry List workbook, and the meditation book. I'm having a hard time with this Loving Parent and becoming your own parent stuff. Any guidance is welcome.
