Spent a fair bit of time this week doing service work.

It is certainly different here- no walls, no doors; everyone sharing from home, or a library etc.

it is Saturday morning here now- a fine spring day coming up...

ah use music a lot- to reduce my anxiety... it is not 'a quick fix' like meds... but along with everything else... it does add up to peace of mind.

Group work and getting involved with other people also helps- it is a package...

dis toon comes in to my middle childhood. We would dress up and have school concerts... this was one of the items...

I recall one year- he teachers caint have talked much on the classroom. and four classes came up with the same song! 

It's now or never. A Presley song. Rock and roll had arrived!
