To newcomers...

smile MIP ACA has been a good stand by over the ovid pandemic.

Today I have a f2f meeting to go to, and a FiT, a fellow traveller

to go with.

One of our members has become group rep. I am treasurer...

...but our GR wants to start working the Big Red Book.

The BrB is an encyclopaedia of ACA wisdom.

It contains the text of the Yellow Workbook, but in a different format.

To our GR I suggested, that for starters we read through Claudia B's preface.

I have always admired Claudia B. I think her story sits alongside that of Tony A.

And I wish the newcomers a warm welcome as well. My name is Mama lioness and I am moderator for the group and I can assure you that this is a safe and loving and Chuck full of good stuff to work on group we have on the regular board where you have to join as a member but on the regular board on the main board there are worksheets and there are step work stuff and all kinds of good stuff for you to help yourself and we may be small but we are big on the love and unconditional love and acceptance for our fellow members. Never any judgment. Very very safe to share on. Hope to see you on the main board
