Does anyone else here suffer from Generalized Anxiety Disorder?
Also, does anyone use the Calm app? I find it very helpful.
One challenge that I face is REALLY being able to love myself, or feel worthy of love. And the feedback that I get from my wife, supports this observation. Many times I hear that I dont relay care for her, because I dont care for myself. Is anyone else in the same boat?
Hi John. I have GAD. Snd PTSD. And really how can I love another if I dont love me? The slogan let it begin with me comes to mind and that is so true. We must have a healthy self love before we can share that with others. Getting into the program really helped me I kept the focus on myself and little by little by little I am loving myself more and more and it is radiating out to others in a much more healthy way
