Daily Journaling

I just wanted to bring this up because its been critical to my healing process. I've been through so many things in my life it honestly was a life saver. I write in it almost every night but what is amazing (I've been doing it for years) when I look back its amazing the growth I made and all the evolving I've done personally again signs I'm moving forward and not stuck like I used to be. We need to see progress and a sign we are on the right path heading in the right direction. There was a time I couldn't make a decision slowly I took control of my life and now its not seat of the pants decisions its well thought out I always look to the future no more going into the past. Journaling had helped me reach that in my life. I started buying one subject notebooks for $1.98 at Walmart there perfect. I do have to admit I go through lots of pens really fast but I get so much pleasure at the end of my day to write about my day or something I'm troubled about most times it's something I have no control over therefore not mine to carry. It lets me see the steps I've taken to simplify my lifestyle and how far I'm come learning and growing by making much better choices for myself all around I benefit do much from it. It also shows me how much time of my valuable life has been taking worrying about everything that was not mine to worry about. I feel like pen to pad you can release so much and find peace within it... I just feel like that notepad and pens are the greatest tool to help you overcome so many things and show you your thought process at that moment. Lots of lessons learned by it.
