I workup on a mountain- and drive along rough mountain tracks. A week ago I was driving along and began to give myself healthy messages- aloud. Years filled my eyes- with joy. They were not wet heedless, blubbery tears... but more or less a deep shine in the eyes.
Today I can feel genuine joy and gratitude. Getting to this place- I thought was impossible.

The reading for today emphasises the value of group involvement and group work. I found that this group work and play was possible here- with an online group. here i had the equivalent of many meetings a week! I can attend a meeting several times a day!
My hope is that members will come into ACA- at a younger and younger age. Where the deep resistance has not fully set in. A hope for the world and the future of the world! ... ...and for me, too... ... ... ...

Most things like this i used to think: "baa, phooey!" That was my impression of the world. Now I am looking at Promise 11. I have to believe that the writers and creators of these promises have undertaken the journey themselves. Sheila and fellow travellers...
