When registering on the message board use only your first name and last initial to identify yourself. On both the board and in the chat room, use a nickname that others outside of Adult Children of Alcoholics and Dysfunctional Families do not know you by.
There are changes happening around out combined board- Alanon, ACA, AA, NA and CODA. Many of them cosmetic. But privacy and security issues as well.
Come Monday we will have two new MIP admins. As of today we have two more mods, here on the ACA board.
Hmmm... I think and now say... I think ACA should be hard to find, and difficult to get into.

I learned here- don't try to break the egg for the chicken! The chicken has to push and push to get out- in it's own time. learn to breath, rest and push again.
When we do get out we see other chickens running around... yellow and chirping... ...
