I am loving this book, The Laundry List, and it's really an eye opener and an excellent companion, for me, to the BRB. I find it irie sometimes that I'm seeing the words on paper that I often fumble with when I try to describe my feelings. I feel relief at finally being able to identify the ISMs that a have and in knowing there is a way to heal from all of this.
